As described on the Nalgona Positivity Pride website, Nalgona Positivity Pride is “a xicana-indigenous body-positive organization that provides intersectional eating disorders education and community-based support for people of color who are struggling with troubled eating and poor body-image,” and it was founded by Gloria Lucas, who is “a Xicana womxn from California.” NPP has been around since 2014, and it’s a tremendously important organization that centers people of color and indigenous people.

Find links to all their social media profiles at the top right on the home page of the NPP website, as well as links to the blog and other resources.

You can support their work by donating to them via Paypal or Venmo, as listed on their site here. You can also shop their Etsy store and buy this rad body positive poster or a number of other products.

They also have two online courses available, the Decolonizing Series and the Eating Disorders and Body Love in Marginalized Communities Panel.
